Regular seasonal maintenance is the single most effective way to protect your property value, prevent costly emergency repairs, and keep your home safe and comfortable year-round. 🏡Exterior
- Inspect roof for winter damage — missing shingles, damaged flashing, moss growth

- Inspect and clean all exterior caulking — windows, doors, and trim
